The SSHINE neurodiversity module, developed with NHS England Workforce and the Florence Nightingale Foundation, is now live. Designed for practice educators and learners in healthcare, it includes real-life experiences, techniques for supporting neurodivergent individuals, and resources for workplace adjustments. This module fosters inclusive learning and working environments across healthcare professions.
