Overview
This programme is for Bands 1-4 in a clinical role. It covers the learning outcomes, competencies and standards of behaviour that must be expected of support workers in health and social care.
It will provide support workers with the basis to develop their knowledge and skills as their career progresses.

Learning outcomes
This interactive training session will help you to:
- overcome fear and paralysis in challenging situations
- use the right words and expressions when challenging behaviours
- tackle ‘micro-inequities’, including eye-rolling, sighing, constant interruptions and unconscious bias
