How do I apply for a course?
Please visit our course catalogue on the intranet for our current offer. You can book onto a course you are interested in using an Eventbrite link on the course page. Alternatively, please contact huh-tr.internalcourses@nhs.net
How do I apply for course funding?
If a course requires funding, the first point of call would be to seek approval from your line manager. You can find more information on our funding process on the Education Funding page
How do I check my outstanding HMT requirements?
You can check this by signing into ESR. The left-hand side panel you display ‘My Pages’, please select ‘My Compliance & Competency’.
How do I complete my HMT?
This can be done using ‘Learning Certifications’ in ESR. Please refer to this video tutorial:
I have completed training at my previous Trust, do I need to retake the training?
If you have a record of training from a previous Trust, please email it to huh-tr.hmt@nhs.net

My new starter is already on Homerton Staff Bank. Do they need to attend Corporate Induction again?
Your new starter does not need to attend Corporate Induction again. You will be notified by the Education, Training and Development Team if any statutory and mandatory training is outstanding.
When are the next Corporate Induction dates?
Where can I find the assignment/payroll number for my new starter?
Your new starter can assess Employee Self Service, from where they can find their assignment/payroll number. You can also access this information in ESR.
